Scratch
& PrayTHE NYC LOTTERY FOR BASIC NEEDS

Why wait in line, fill out forms, or call 311 forty times? Tell us what you need. Scratch. Hope.

Odds of winning what you actually need: 1 in 10 (generous, honestly). Prizes not redeemable for cash, dignity, or a callback. A satire.
